YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS OF USE AND SALE AGREEMENT and PRIVACY POLICY, as amended from time to time, and all disclaimers, terms and conditions that appears elsewhere on this website. Legal and Enforceable Online Contract
By accepting the TERMS OF USE, including but not limited to its PRIVACY POLICY, you agree that you have entered into a legal and enforceable online contract with Dinners at Home and accept the terms and conditions as stated in this “TERMS OF USE” to govern your use of this website.
Future Purchases
By providing your assent to be contractually bound to the terms and conditions of this Agreement as stated in Paragraph 1, you are also agreeing that your assent need not be separately manifested for future purchases BECAUSE you agree THAT your future purchases will ALSO be governed by these TERMS OF use and SALE AGREEMENT. Dinners at Home reserves the right to make any changes to these Terms of Use and Sale Agreement, and in such event, Dinners at Home shall obtain your assent to such changes before any future purchases are made by you.
18 Years of Age to Use
To use this WEBSITE, you must be 18 years of age or older. Any offers of sale presented on this WEBSITE are only intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using this WEBSITE or purchasing goods or services from Dinners at Home’s Website, you affirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
Purchases
Any purchase of services or products originated from your use of this WEBSITE shall be governed in accordance to Dinners at Home’s simple Purchasing Policies, which are as follows:
- choose a specific date and time for your meal session that is convenient for you;
- Choose meals that you would like to make during your session from our menu;
- Pay for your meal session via VISA or MasterCard via our secure e-Payment system; and
- Arrive at our location at the specified time that you chose, and prepare your meals;
- All no shows, cancellations or changes to your session or meals shall be governed by Dinners at Home Cancellation and Change Policy provided below.
Cancellation and Change Policy
Up to 5 days or more before your scheduled meal session, you may reschedule or cancel your meal session and receive a complete credit or refund as provided in the table below. However, you MUST make your rescheduling request ONLINE by logging into your Dinners at Home account or by contact Dinners at Home directly.
Less than 5 days prior to your scheduled meal session, you may not cancel your meal session; rather you may reschedule your meal session but will have to pay a $25.00 restocking fee as provided in the table below. You must make your rescheduling ONLINE by logging into your Dinners at Home account or by contact Dinners at Home directly.
If you fail to make payment 5 days before your scheduled meal session, then Dinners at Home may cancel your scheduled meal session. This situation may occur by your failure to deliver a check or other form of payment to Dinners at Home or your submitted credit card transaction was denied for whatever reason.

Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Dinners at Home reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions.
Venue and Applicable Law
This WEBSITE was created and is operated by Dinners at Home in the State of North Carolina, United States of America. All disputes under this Agreement shall be resolved by litigation in the courts of Wake County, North Carolina including the federal and small claims courts therein and you agree to consent to the jurisdiction of such courts, agree to accept service of process by mail, and hereby waive any jurisdictional or venue defenses otherwise available to it. The laws of the State of North Carolina will also govern this Terms of Use and Privacy Policy without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of laws.
