We understand your free time and budget are limited! So, to help make serving dinner as easy as we can for you, we've expanded our meal prep times. — Additionally, we have ways to make healthy eating affordable.

You're welcome to come in ANY TIME from 10-6PM Tues. - Fri. and Sat. 9-1PM to make any number of meals -- duos or family packages.

Why not call your order in ahead of time? -- We can have it ready for you to assemble meals when you arrive!
On the run? -- Don't worry about calling in or ordering online, just come as you are and make your meals.
Does your schedule leave little or no time for meal preparation? -- Let us help you! We'll assemble your meals -- you'll only need to pick them up!

Mema's Grab & Go Cooler For those busy days, Mema has meals ready for you to pick up. Our family size dinners feed 4-6 people and duo size feeds 2-3 people. We also offer hummus, tabooley, seasonal favorites as well as, delicious Lebanese cuisine, Italian favorites and other daily specials. We now offer Track-Out Cooking Camps appropriately titled . . . Mema's Kids-R-Cook'n- Let your 8-14 year old student discover the magic of cooking!

January 19-23, 2009 Escape the Winter Chill!
Need a break from winter? Then, let's kick it up a notch in the kitchen with great food and fun!

Special Events: Gather six to ten Budding Chefs and, we'll schedule a camp especially for them which is also convenient for you and your busy schedule!

Dinners At Home in Wake Forest offers a creative and fun, hands-on experience where your Budding Chef will learn the basics of cooking. Every element of our Budding Chef Program was created to completely engage your child in the joy of cooking, while teaching the importance of a well balanced meal!

Our program will teach students cooking skills and help build their confidence in the kitchen while they learn to prepare a well balanced meal to take home and serve their family! They'll also work on crafts related to cooking.

Your Budding Chef will learn:
- Safety and Sanitation
- Planning and Preparation
- Serving, Setting and Proper Etiquette
- Appreciation for and Enjoyment of all food types

Camp Days: Monday thru Friday and chef's lunch is included
Times: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Optional: Alternate drop-off and pick-up times available
Themes: Vary by session
Fees: $200 camp plus the cost of family dinners prepared
Family Size Dinners: 4-6 servings FIVE for $100
Dinner Duos: 2-3 servings FIVE for $60

Although Wake Forest has a set schedule for its Budding Chef's Summer Camp, we welcome you to gather six or more campers and then, choose "your own special camp week"
