Home-style Holiday Sides made fresh from Dinners at Home! There is so much to do around the holidays that we want to help by creating home-style sides and desserts using the same fresh high quality ingredients we know you would use in your own kitchen. All sides serve 8-10 people and are freshly assembled and ready to cook with our simple cooking labels. All sides are $23.00 each and pies are $15.00 each. Orders must be received by Friday, November 20th. Dishes will be prepared and ready for pickup on Wednesday, November 25 from noon- 7pm. Broccoli Cheese Casserole Chopped broccoli is cut up fresh and blended with cream of mushroom soup, shredded American cheese, lemon juice, chopped pimiento and then poured into a baking dish and covered with crushed cheese crackers. Bake in oven 35 minutes. Brandied Baby Carrots Two pounds of fresh baby carrots are trimmed and ready to be steamed and then tossed with a very special blend of Grand Marnier, lemon juice, honey, brandy and chopped parsley. Steam and toss with sauce. Sautéed Brussels sprouts When you cook these tiny cabbages just until tender-crisp, they taste nutty and delicate. Trimmed and ready to be sautéed with butter, caraway seeds, bacon, onion and a splash of apple cider the perfect dish to balance all of those heavy sides and compliment the Holiday dinner. Green Beans & Portobello Mushroom Sauté Fresh green beans are trimmed and cut and ready to be sautéed with fresh thick slices of Portobello’s in a butter garlic blend! Squash Casserole Sliced yellow squash blended with sour cream, chopped onion, butter a little dill and salt. Sweet Potato Casserole with Praline Topping Mashed sweet potatoes are combined with sugar, vanilla, egg blend, evaporated milk and for extra flavor we stir in some of the streusel topping. The casserole is then topped with a praline topping made from flour, crushed pecans, brown sugar, butter and vanilla! Garlic and Gruyere Mashed Potatoes Three pounds of Yukon Gold potatoes are boiled and mashed with milk, sour cream and butter and then we add fresh cloves of garlic, sliced green onions, and shredded Gruyere cheese and blend until fluffy. All you have to do is heat! Simply Delicious Cheesy Ranch-Bacon Mashed Potatoes This delicious dish taste like twice baked potatoes…boiled potatoes are mashed and then blended with sour cream, ranch dressing mix, milk, cooked bacon, shredded cheddar and green onions. No peeling, no boiling…just heat and eat! Parsley Red Potatoes Red potatoes are quartered and ready to be steamed and then tossed with a blend of butter, garlic, salt and freshly snipped parsley. A lighter way to serve potatoes! Corn Pudding Two different kinds of corn are blended with egg, cream, flour, sugar and of course some butter. Bake and serve. Spinach Gorgonzola Casserole Spinach leaves are mixed with chopped onion, egg, half and half, brown sugar, gorgonzola cheese and seasoning and then poured into a casserole dish to be baked and served. Old Fashioned Apple Pie A flaky pie crust is bubbling with sliced apples, cinnamon, sugar, and butter and then topped with another flaky pie crust. Southern Style Pecan Pie Simple and delicious flaky pie crust is filled with the perfect blend of Karo syrup, melted butter, eggs and loads of pecan pieces. Perfect Pumpkin Pie Pureed pumpkin is blended with evaporated milk, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg and then poured into a pie crust and baked.
